What is the healthiest type of chocolate, dark or milk chocolate?

Dark chocolate doesn't have any milk solids added to it, while milk chocolate does. Dark chocolate has more of a real chocolate taste and is drier, chalkier and more bitter than milk chocolate (depypere, 2014). Dark chocolate has 9% immune-supporting zinc while milk only has 6%, and dark's cholesterol is 0.3% and milk's in 3% (oaklander). Milk chocolate is not very nutritious in fiber and minerals though dark chocolate is (depypere, 2014)
